Dima Loginoff is making the rounds on the blogosphere for her ‘Kisses’ sofa—another winning design from the talented furniture designer. Set to show at Florence Design Week, this is a couch with character. The bright red couch, crafted with fabric, steel and wool, is a definite attention-grabber and is perhaps better classified as art rather than furniture. Striking in appearance, this is not an average sofa and will likely not fit into an average furniture set. With the three X-shaped backings, the ‘Kisses’ sofa is divided into distinct sections, resembling three equally awesome chairs fused together. Charismatic, cheeky and cutting-edge, the affectionate piece is a fitting addition to the designer’s already impressive portfolio. A far cry from cheesy and predictable home furnishings, the ‘Kisses’ sofa is a welcome change of scenery.
